Two fully funded Ph.D. studentship positions are available in my group, starting in Spring or Fall 2026.
The selected candidate(s) will work with Dr. Fenglian Pan in one of the following areas:
Uncertainty-Aware Digital Twin for AI System Reliability Analysis
Multi-Sensor, Multi-Source, and Muti-Modal Data Fusion for System Informatics
Large-Scale Spatiotemporal Network Modeling and Analysis
Discrete Recurrent Event Data Analytics in Complex Systems
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or a closely related field.
Strong self-motivation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning
Preferred: Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB
