Contracts & Hiring

To initiate external contracts or student hires, please fill out the appropriate link below.

Note the following submission deadlines:

Hiring students and non-students: 6 weeks prior to the start date if they have never worked on campus in a previous role. If they are returning/continuing, 4 weeks prior to the start date, to ensure timely processing and payroll deadlines.

Contracted agreements/service providers/guests: 8 weeks prior to the event or service if it is not a registered vendor. If the contract is with a registered vendor, then 6 weeks in advance.
