"February is short and very sweet."

And a Month Full of Celebrations!

💙 We kick off the celebrations with Kindness Week on February 9th—the perfect excuse to do something unexpectedly nice for someone and yourself. Need inspiration? We have books across all genres highlighting kindness in fresh and surprising ways!

📚 Library Lovers Month is in full swing! What better way to celebrate than by diving into a great book? Whether you’re into graphic novels, romantasy, or biographies, we’ve got something you’ll love. Stop by the Media Center and show your love for reading!

🎴 Feeling chilly at lunch? Warm up in the Media Center and challenge your friends to a game of Uno in honor of Play More Cards Day on February 22. (remember—no friendships should be lost over a Wild Draw Four!)

📖✨  February is also Black History Month, and we are spotlighting incredible books by African-American authors. Check out our recommendations below or browse the collection yourself—we guarantee you’ll find something inspiring.

February might be the shortest month, but it’s packed with fun. Don’t miss out— join the celebration!
