Make-up Work

If you miss class, you must make up any missed work.  You are also responsible for getting any missed DOLs or notes from a friend.

Regularly check the assignment calendar as well as Powerschool to ensure that you are all caught up.

To make up a quiz, test, or assignment, follow the appropriate procedure below.

To make up a READING QUIZ:

1. Check in with your teacher and then come to my homeroom with your Chromebook. You may sit next to my desk or in any open seat.

2. Get the quiz code from me.

3. Take the quiz.

4. Show me your score when you are done.

5. If your grade has not been updated within 24 hours, please email me.

To make up a VOCABULARY QUIZ, ESSAY, EXAM, OR OTHER LONG ASSIGNMENT:

1. There will be one available make-up day after school in my room 3:30-4:15 for make-ups. Check with me or check the whiteboard for the date.

2. Bring your Chromebook, a pencil, and paper. Take the quiz, exam, or assignment.

3. If your grade has not been updated within 24 hours, please email me.

To make up VOCABULARY WORKSHOP ACTIVITIES:

You have two options:

1. Come in during homeroom with your Vocabulary Workshop book. I will check it manually.

2. Take pictures of your work (sign the first page and an initial every other page of the unit for authenticity), and email them to Jody_Stallings@charleston.k12.sc.us.

If your grade has not been updated within 24 hours, please email me.
