Application Process

Applications to start or renew clubs and organizations for the 26-27 school year are open August 2026 through March 2027.

How to renew an *EXISTING* club/organization for 26-27 AND How to start a *NEW* club/organization (it is the same process for both!):

1. Guidelines:  Student Leaders and Sponsors/Advisors MUST carefully read the Clubs and Organizations Guidelines - LINKED HERE - before beginning the application process. 

2. Application:  Return AND New Clubs and Organizations must complete the application form - LINKED HERE. It is recommended that this form be completed by a student leader, but it may be completed by the sponsor as well. 

3. Sponsor Agreement:  Every sponsor and/or advisor of the club/organization must complete the form - LINKED HERE. 

4. Approval:  You must receive an approval email from either Ms. Gatlin or Mrs. Lyon before officially beginning your club.  ***Note: you may participate in the Clubs Fair before approval!

5. Fundraisers:  Planning a fundraiser? You MUST complete THIS FORM first!
