Google Classroom is built into the GSuite for Education suite of apps used in CCSD.  Teachers can create and collect assignments from students in Google Classroom.  Google classroom can also be used as a communication tool via the announcements feature.  

Considerations for students served by the Department of Exceptional Children

If you have students in your general education class that are served by your school's resource teacher you can add the resource teacher as a co-teacher by following these directions.

Teachers can invite guardians to Classroom allowing them to receive regular, automatic email summaries for each of their students. Guardians choose the frequency of the emails—daily or weekly—and can unsubscribe at any time. [Video Tutorial]
