Restorative Justice is often thought of as a reactionary process when conflict arises; however, 80% of the time, it should be used through proactive community building--building relationships in order to have a relationship to restore when conflict occurs. The following is a selection of community-building circle plans for students, staff, and caregivers I developed and facilitated at my sites.
