At the heart of my counseling philosophy lies a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, heavily influenced by Restorative Justice principles. I believe in the power of relationships, empathy, and collaboration to create positive change within a school community.

 Every student possesses the potential to succeed, and it is my duty to nurture and support them in realizing their goals and aspirations. I recognize that each student is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and experiences. Therefore, my approach is strength-based, focusing on amplifying and celebrating the inherent strengths of every individual. Additionally, curiosity serves as a guiding light, illuminating the pathways to understanding, empathy, and empowerment for both students and educators alike. It is through the lens of curiosity that I shape my personal philosophy in counseling, recognizing its profound importance in fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment. 

Finally, I believe collaboration with parents is crucial to ensuring students' success. Parents are valuable partners in the educational journey of their children. I strive to establish open lines of communication, inviting parents to actively participate in the counseling process, share their insights, and collaborate on strategies to support their child's well-being and academic success.

 In summary, my counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the capacity to thrive. Through a strength-based, relationship-centered approach, coupled with parent engagement and a curiosity-driven mindset, I strive to empower students to reach their full potential and cultivate a supportive and inclusive school community.
