Sybil B. Harrington Scholarship (2/15)
2022 High School Graduates (of the 26 counties of the panhandle) to attend either Amarillo College of an accredited four-year Texas University
Amounts: AC - up to $2,000 per year; Other Texas Universities - $4500 per year for up to four undergraduate years.
Requirements:
US Citizenship & Texas Residency
REFERENCE FORM filled out by a teacher, counselor, or principal
Official copy of Fall 2021 high school transcript
ACT &/OR ACT Scores
Copy of student's or parent's 2020 tax return and filled out statement of personal need

Burke Bell Memorial Scholarship (3/4)
Resident of Dallam, Hartley, Sherman, or Moore county
"B" average (80 or above)

Scholarship must be mailed or taken to Capital Farm Credit - Dalhart Office
Central United Methodist Church Scholarship (3/31)
Application is open to graduates from Dallam & Hartley Counties who have provided community service/volunteerism during their high school years.

Scholarship must be taken to the Central United Methodist Church office in Dalhart, Texas.
Dallam-Hartley Counties Healthcare Foundation Scholarship (3/31)
Must be a graduating senior from Dalhart, Hartley, Channing, or Texline High Schools in Dallam or Hartley County.
Must have at least a "B" (3.0 GPA) average
Must be planning a healthcare career and enrolling in studies toward such a degree in the fall semester after high school graduation. The degree range is from an associate degree to a doctorate degree.
Must consider returning to serve in rural healthcare in the Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District.
Must plan to enroll in 12 hours during both the fall and spring semesters after high school graduation.
Must complete 12 hours community service/volunteer hours for the DHCHD by due date. You should contact Joyce Bezner at 806-244-4571 ext. 1987 or email joyceb@dhchd.org to arrange your volunteer hours. Spring break week will be a good time to volunteer, though you can schedule other hours. The volunteerism is a strict requirement for consideration of the scholarships, no exceptions.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Failure to provide the required attachments will disqualify the applicant.

Must have graduated from a high school located in Dallam or Hartley county
Have continuously resided in Dallam or Hartley County for the past 2 years prior to application
Be able to fulfill all requirements as noted in the guidelines and application forms
SAT or ACT scores must be included
Turn in all application pages
Dalhart Elks Lodge #2390 Scholarship (4/14)
High School Senior
U.S. Citizen
Scholarship must be mailed or taken to Dalhart Elks Lodge
Knights of Columbus (4/14)
Must be graduating Senior from Dalhart, Hartley, Channing, Texline, or Stratford
Must have at least a "B" (3.0 GPA) average
Must be enrolled in 12 hours per semester after graduation
MAY:
DeJong Foundation Scholarship (5/1)
Pursuing education in the Field of Agriculture
Plan on attending an accredited college or university as a full-time student
High School graduate from Hartley, Dalhart, Texline, or Channing
Minimum cumulative GPA - 3.0
