Jody has a unique background in Molecular Genetics with experience in both a sample processing laboratory and OMICs data collection for many CDNM projects. Designing a custom LIMS, propelled her to gain a MS in Computer Science focused on data collection, QC and IS data integrity.
John Ziniti is a Python programmer in the Bioinformatics Core and a Data Manager for the CDNM Systems Genetics and Genomics Group. He specializes in scalable pipelines that put vetted data into the hands of analysts and researchers as efficiently as possible. John enjoys playing chess and spending time with his family.
Kip Moore is a Java/JavaEE developer in the Bioinformatics Core. His primary areas of focus include n-tier web application development, DevOps processes, SDLC workflows, Docker virtualization, and systems evaluation. He can often be seen riding a bike.
Arindom is a database administrator and programmer in the Bioinformatics team. He provides database support for the Lab's Information management system, questionnaire and other databases in use. Arindom enjoys spending time with his kids and helping out in their various clubs and activities.
Manisha Kumbhojkar is an IS Project Manager. Her primary areas of focus include IT project management, Quality assurance and data collection questionnaire design and development. Apart from IT, she has a strong passion for sales and marketing and particularly enjoys customer facing roles and responsibilities. Manisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and going for long walks.
Robert Chase is a python and R programmer in the bioinformatics group with a background in math and computer science. He has worked with RNA-Seq and other NGS alignment projects as well as writing and maintaining the user interface for the private cloud. Rob enjoys helping people achieve their research aims
I'm Siqin Li and I'm an IS programmer/Analyst in the bioinformatics group. I work on NGS downstream analysis and snakemake pipeline development work, mainly work in DNA methylation area, such as bisulfite sequencing and DNA methylation array analysis.
Meryl Stav
Meryl Stav is a R and python programmer in the bioinformatics group with a background in mathematics and computer science. She has worked with Partners Biobank/RPDR data as well as developed MQTL pipelines. When not at her desk, you can find her tap dancing, rock climbing, doing acrobatics, or curled up with her cat Goofball.
I'm a Bioinformatician working on developing and supporting bioinformatics infrastructure. I'm currently working on functional genomics data, single cell analysis, differential expression and eQTL pipeline for making eQTLs from RNAseq counts.
Sun Kim
Sun is a Data Analyst at the Channing Lab, working primarily with Dr. Michael Cho's group to discover new medical insights through bioinformatics tools. He is a graduate of Boston College with degrees in history and mathematics, and enjoys reading, learning new technologies and trying out new beers in his spare time.
Tim joined Channing in 2002. He is a graduate of Boston College where he majored in Computer Science. While at Channing, Tim has worked in all areas of the systems group with recent focus being on automating system configurations, integrations, data management and data archiving.
