To help clients develop emergent, world-class teams, we offer three tiers of development programme. Each can be adapted to meet the needs of your team or organisation.
Short programme including Diagnosis, Design and Delivery steps to gain insights and inform a tailored 1-day Emergent Teams experience. Typically 3.5 to 5 days in total, with a follow up held within 3-6 months of the experience to embed new practices and assess team progress.
Working with a team to learn emergent skills and practice them over a longer timeframe. We seek deeper insights and guide the team through a number of Emergent Teams experiences over time. Typically a 12-month programme to change habits and practices that can accelerate the team's progress.
Working with teams across your organisation to scale up emergent skills and habits. All organisations are facing increasing and accelerating change. Our Emergent Organisation programme helps create clarity of purpose, shift your culture and increase agility and resilience.
To enhance and support our Emergent Teams programmes, we often work with leaders and their teams on a 1:1 basis as thinking partners. By disrupting their habitual thinking, we go further and deeper to reveal new insights, choices and opportunities.
We use a blend of coaching and mentoring to help each member consider their role in the team, what they have contributed to date, what value they would like to bring in the future and how they can overcome personal hurdles and barriers in the system.
Our Emergent Leaders programmes can be offered alongside one of our Emergent Teams programmes, or as a standalone programme for one or more leaders. The focus can be on accelerating personal and professional development, increasing belonging and coherence within the team or organisation, or to support successful transition into or out of the team or organisation.
