The Top Movies Coming Out in 2024

New year, new movies! This year is going to be filled with new movies coming out, including many sequels and films based on your favorite characters. Here is a list of some of the most anticipated movies coming out this year.

Lasagna!!!  There is a movie coming out this year. It is an adaptation of the comic strip Garfield. The title of the movie is “The Garfield Movie”, and it is expected to come out on May 24. This movie follows the journey of Garfield reuniting with his father.

Godzilla vs King Kong? Nope, the new movie coming out won’t be a classic battle between these two; but, they both are going to unite. This movie is expected to come out on April 12. When there is a new threat arising, Godzilla and King Kong team up to fight the monster. 

Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, Fear and Anxiety. Wait what, there is a new emotion introduced! There is going to be a sequel coming out from the Inside Out movie franchise. This movie is coming out on June 14 and it's called Inside Out 2. The movie will show Riley as a young woman who deals with new emotions, and one of the emotions seen in the trailer is anxiety.

Spoiler alert: The main character Caesar died in the movie War for the Planet of Apes. But there is going to be another sequel coming out called Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. This movie is coming out on May 24. After Caesar led apes to world domination, a young ape will now take a journey in which his decisions will define the future of humans and apes.

Po is coming back in another movie! There is going to be a sequel of the Kung Fu Panda series called Kung Fu Panda 4. This movie is expected to come out on March 8. This story will follow Po, who is now the Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace, who needs to find a new dragon warrior. In his journey, he encounters past villains.

After 36 years, there is going to be another sequel of one of the most beloved movies: BeetleJuice. Beetlejuice 2 is expected to come out on September 6. The ghost returns and it the film will have a new character played by Jenna Ortega.

One of the most anticipated movies coming out this year is another sequel of the Sonic the hedgehog franchise. This movie is called Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and is expected to come out on December 20th. Sonic will be encountering a new villain called Shadow the hedgehog.
