The Amazing Return of Carlos Sainz Jr.

“Smoooooth Operaaaaator!!!!” Carlos Sainz Jr. said on the radio after his victory. Let’s talk about the amazing return of Carlos Sainz Jr. after he was diagnosed with appendicitis which required surgery. Ollie Bearman was called to take part in the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. He is a reserved driver for Scuderia Ferrari as part of the Ferrari academy. 

But what is appendicitis? Appendicitis is when the appendix gets blocked and becomes infected. The appendix is a small organ attached to the large intestine on the lower right side of the stomach. Carlos Sainz Jr recovered in two weeks and was able to make it for the Australian Grand Prix. During the third lap of the race, Max Verstappen had an issue with his car, smoke was coming out of it. Max had to retire early in the race which meant good news for the other teams since Max Verstappen always wins. Carlos Sainz Jr led the race and ended in first place. His teammate Charles Leclerc ended in second place and Lando Norris in third place. A well-done race for Scuderia Ferrari. 

It was announced that Lewis Hamilton would be running for Scuderia Ferrari during the 2025 season, taking Carlos Sainz Jr. spot. Carlos Sainz Jr. doesn’t know what team he will be part of for the upcoming season. There are many predictions regarding what team he might be racing for next season, either occupying the spot of Lewis Hamilton in Mercedes or Checo Perez spot in Red Bull. Time will tell. 🐾
