The main stages of grief are anger, guilt, and depression. But no one really talks about how much it can change and affect someone. It can change the state of mind of someone else's perspective on things. It can make them mad at the world. They’ll have an attitude or mood changes faster than the average person. They can hurt others and themselves. It really affects them mentally and emotionally.
Anger can increase anxiety, blood pressure, and can lead to bad interactions with other people when something goes wrong. It can decrease your energy and health, and breaking stuff and harming others or themself can be one problem. Also it can leave people with unresolved issues. Anger is a negative emotion that can lead into violence. It’s possible for anger to control your body and do bad things when you know it isn’t right. You could be filled with overwhelming anger as well.
Guilt can make you overthink, feel regret, and be self-conscious. It can cause low self esteem, making you feel bad about yourself and commenting bad things about yourself. It makes you feel like you lost the meaning of life. It may also lead to mental illness including obsessive compulsive disorder or dysphoria. They can feel sorrow with the guilt you feel.
Depression is a mood that can make a person feel a persistent feeling of sadness or not wanting to do anything. It makes people isolate themselves from their loved ones. It can make someone feel alone or suicidal. Depression can cause you to lose your job, relationships, and bonds with people you love the most, as well as a loss of interest in things you like. However, these feelings are not necessarily paid attention to until someone has a drastic change. 🐾
