The Seasonal Warmth: An Essay

As the warmer seasons change into cooler ones and the leaves, once a vibrant green, start to change to warmer colors and descend towards the ground, it's a sign that Autumn, also known as fall, is here. 

Autumn is a seasonal event that comes with warm colors, seasonal drinks, and fun activities with friends and family. For farmers it's an amazing season as the round pumpkins, crispy apples, and long gourds start to grow in a bountiful amount. 

While many sit by the window with books and a scented candle by their side as they get ready to read throughout the season, others are out in the cooler weather having fun at the festivals with friends and family. Due to the colder weather, numerous people get their fall outfits ready as many dress into cozy, trendy, or warm outfits. 

As the season continues a spookier month has arrived. Many prepare or go shopping for their spooky, cute, and/or creative costumes. As the month of October begins, many go out and buy candy, ready to give out the sweets to the diversity of trick or treaters. 

Houses across the blocks fill up to the brim with spooky, but creative decorations, surely ready to scare any unexpected visitors. But the ones who aren't a big fan of the spooks stay at the comfort of their home, sitting down and watching frightening movies.

Of course for the more adventurous and thrill-seeking types, they go to the famous Halloween Horror Nights to get the scare of their life, as famous characters chase or jump at them from the shadows. 

As the final months of fall come to an end the final holiday is Thanksgiving. Many families go out grocery shopping to prepare for thanksgiving, but the traditional food item is turkey. 

Families assemble in the kitchen to prepare the thanksgiving feast, as the younger family members are getting ready to devour the feast that is being prepared. As the food finally comes out of the oven, the families come together as the turkey is placed on the table. They all gather around the feast and say the prayers about how grateful they are for the life that they were given. 

As the season of fall comes to a close of full gratitude and warm and cozy memories, the colder season begins.  🐾
