Self-Service/Entering Final Grades
All faculty must enter final grades in the Self-Service system within 48 hours of the end of each term. This step-by-step grade entry document provides a step-by-step process for entering your final grades.
Canvas
Canvas is the learning management system (LMS) used at Chaminade. All face-to-face and online courses have a presence on Canvas where you can post course information, communicate with students, and accept students’ assignments. You can access Canvas at the following link: https://chaminade.instructure.com/. You can log in with your CUH ID and password. Below are a few Canvas resources to assist you with your design and management needs:
Growing With Canvas: If you are new to Canvas, or if you would like a refresher course, you may want to take the self-paced workshop "Growing With Canvas". If you would like to be added to this workshop, please contact the Center for Teaching and Learning at ctl@chaminade.edu.
Online Education Workshop (required if you teach online): This self-paced workshop introduces you to the basics of teaching online. Email ctl@chaminade.edu if you will be teaching online and we’ll add you to the Canvas site so that you can finish before the start of the next term.
The CTL Vault: The CTL Vault is the CTL's repository of resources regarding faculty development, course design, educational technology and other helpful items - it's your one-stop shop for all your Chaminade teaching and learning resources. The Vault is found on Canvas, the University’s learning management system. Adjuncts, please see the Adjunct Faculty page with information specific to you.
Computer Lab
The Computer Lab is located in the Sullivan Family Library. Please keep in mind, these are general/public use workstations. General use workstations are setup to refresh when restarted. This means that all previously saved information on the workstation will be gone. Therefore, if you plan or find yourself using a general/public workstation save all work (via flash drive, Google Drive, etc.). Also, please remember to log out of any general/public workstations, as you are responsible for any action taken during your log in session.
Library
Chaminade University’s Sullivan Family Library is committed to providing full library services to students and faculty. To access their services, you must use your Chaminade email account. Go to the Sullivan Family Library's Faculty Services page to see how our University Library can assist you.
Parking
Parking is free for Chaminade employees. To secure a parking pass, contact Human Resources at hr@chaminade.edu. You will be issued a decal which you will display on your car's windshield. A new parking pass is issued for each year you are employed by the university. Please park in stalls marked CUH for Chaminade. Cars parked without decals may be cited or even towed.

Chaminade Bookstore

The Chaminade Bookstore is located in Tredtin Hall, and provides a diverse selection of Chaminade logo apparel and gifts, books, course materials, and supplies to the students, faculty, and staff of Chaminade. Faculty and staff receive a 10% discount on most non-text merchandise. The Chaminade Bookstore is also where you will complete faculty book orders (aka adoptions) for courses that you will teach. There are two ways that you can submit your books orders:
Go to the Chaminade Faculty Portal and login > Click on the Faculty tab > Look for 'Campus Links' and click on 'Barnes & Noble Book Adoptions'.
