About us – Since 1972, Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services (SCES) has been the area’s aging information and service center. SCES helps older people and people living with disabilities remain safe and independent in their own homes by providing a wide range of supportive services, as well as information and advice
They will be able to tell you what services are available in your area and make all sorts of useful referrals.

A Memory Café is a welcoming place for individuals with memory loss and their caregiver or families to get together in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. It offers conversation, shared activities, and refreshments in a social and accepting setting.
