When Submitting Applications:

Given that it is not clear what every housing authority need I suggest submitting any application with all of the following

1. Copy of ID card
2. Copy of passport if possible
3. Copy of currently lease, homeless letter or other document establishing residency in Ma or a town therein
4. Copy of any documents proving income such as tax returns, letter from SSA, etc.
