Fellowship applications

There are three components to the application for the Fellowship.

1. Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Minority Health Policy at Harvard University
   • Applications must be submitted through the Application Portal.
   • Deadline: December 1, 2018
2. Master of Public Health (MPH) degree program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health
   • Acceptance to this fellowship is contingent upon admission to the MPH program
   • Applicants must choose the MPH 45-credit program in either the Health Management or Health Policy Field of Study
   • All Harvard Chan School applications will be reviewed and considered by the Harvard Chan School Admissions Committee separately
   • There is also no application fee for Harvard Chan School, but a fee is required for the Centralized Application for Schools and Programs of Public Health (SOPHAS) application.
   • Deadline: December 1, 2018
3. Emergency Medicine Health Equity and Policy Fellowship at Cambridge Health Alliance
   • Please submit the following to the Fellowship Committee:
     • a letter of interest describing your goals for the fellowship
     • your current CV
     • three references, including your residency director or department chair
     • Deadline: December 1, 2018
