Fellowship applications
There are three components to the application for the Fellowship.
- Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Minority Health Policy at Harvard University
- Applications must be submitted through the Application Portal.
- Deadline: December 1, 2018
- Master of Public Health (MPH) degree program at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health
- Acceptance to this fellowship is contingent upon admission to the MPH program
- Applicants must choose the MPH 45-credit program in either the Health Management or Health Policy Field of Study
- All Harvard Chan School applications will be reviewed and considered by the Harvard Chan School Admissions Committee separately
- There is also no application fee for Harvard Chan School, but a fee is required for the Centralized Application for Schools and Programs of Public Health (SOPHAS) application.
- Deadline: December 1, 2018
- Emergency Medicine Health Equity and Policy Fellowship at Cambridge Health Alliance
- Please submit the following to the Fellowship Committee:
- a letter of interest describing your goals for the fellowship
- your current CV
- three references, including your residency director or department chair
- Deadline: December 1, 2018
