• Wiki Journal Club - a curated list of landmark studies (typically controlled trials) impacting clinical care and guidelines
• Guidelines.gov - a federal clearinghouse of quality-assured guidelines
• Pub-Med - the National Library of Medicine's grand database of everything biomedical. They have tutorials such as this one on clinical queries.
• Google Scholar - click on advanced search for better searches
• Dyna-Med - gives review of recommendations and evidence base for them

• Mendeley - free, can upload papers and sync across devices
• Pages - can sync across devices
• End-Note - higher-end, more features, but $$$
