Join Vidya Nahar, ERYT-500, for regular live mat / chair yoga-pilates classes ONLINE through Zoom conferencing, where you can practice yoga safely from the comfort of your home.

Mat yoga classes currently meet daily at 6 a.m., 11 a.m., 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. Saturday - Sunday. 

Chair yoga classes meet daily Monday thru Thursday at 5:15 p.m. 

All of the classes mentioned above are one hour each in duration. All class timing are central time. There are NO CLASSES on Fridays.

You may try one week for free of all of these classes, and then decide to join in the paid program for continued practice.

New weeks begin at VYAYAM on 1, 8, 15, 22 of each month, with no classes on 29 / 30 / 31 of each month.

You can always take a break if you wish.
