All group or private chair yoga classes are currently offered live online via zoom and in person concurrently at VYAYAM's Buffalo Grove location (1165, Alden Lane), Monday through Thursday, daily at 5:15 p.m. central time. Each class is one hour long.
We use equipment such as a yoga block, a yoga strap, a resistance band, dumbbells, a pilates ring, small kitchen towels, wall, in addition to a simple armless chair (no wheels) for improving the balance, strength, agility, stamina, focus, breathing, and overall physical, mental, spiritual health.
