Welcome to the One School, One Book webpage for 2020! We hope your child and family enjoy reading this year's book. This website is an extension of the book. It has photos of children reading and Gurney which has transformed into a winter Gurneyland filled with penguins. The Learning Links page lets your child and you explore penguins, Antarctica and many other exciting links. The WIRES page will tell you more about our fundraising for the wildlife effected by the Australian bushfires and ways your child can help. If you don't have time to read, your child can listen to one of the Podcasts by a Gurney teacher or one of their family members. The PenguinScience page links you to a page maintained by researchers who are studying the Adelie penguins of Antarctica. They have great activities geared toward kids.
