Nourish Nurse Home Visitor Program is a Chaffee County Public Health service here for all families in Chaffee County. We support new parents and their little ones from birth through the first year - whether it's your first child or your fifth! A nurse home visitor will meet withy ou and your family multiple times over the first year - from late pregnancy through your baby's firth birthday. Visits occur more frequently at the beginning and space out as you become more comfortable and confident. 

Your nurse, who is also an IBCLC, is available via text to answer questions and support you as you learn to care for your baby. We're here ot help your family not just survive, but thrive. We are part of your community - here to Nourish you and your family!
