I’m very sure I wasn’t the only one anticipating vaccination after hearing Pfizer was authorized for teens. On a normal online school day, notices were sent to the parents group, students are scheduled for vaccination at PPV BACC, on the 24th September. I was lowkey excited.

I went 1 hour prior to my given time, and the line into the vaccination centre was very long. The system was disorganized, many were left confused due to the tension. After getting my first dose, I did not have any side effects.

14 days passed and it was time for my 2nd dose. I went earlier again and to my surprise, it was organised than the last time. Within an hour, I completed my 2nd dose. The side effects this time were real to the point I kept having coconut water. I didn't feel like myself until two days passed.

People from the future, before getting vaccinated you just need to calm yourself down and hydrate yourself more with H2O. The pandemic had affected my mental health, because I missed freedom. But everything happens for a reason, so we just need to sit on this roller coaster ride and swoosh to the end.
