Reflect/Replan
Reflect is the stage of the Adaptive Management Cycle where lessons learned are captured through a Reflect Process. This stage identifies successes, challenges, and priorities, which are then used to guide adjustments for the upcoming cycle.
Insights from Reflect also inform the review of W3/bilateral mapping and operationalization, ensuring that funding streams and delivery mechanisms remain aligned with priorities. These findings feed directly into Replanning.
The guidance on this page will help you capture and synthesize lessons to inform planning and decision-making.
During the Replan stage of the Adaptive Management Cycle, lessons from Reflect, updated data, and evolving priorities are used to revise MELIA plans, theories of change, and risk management plans. This phase also includes updating the Plan of Research and Budget (PORB) and refining W3/bilateral mapping and operationalization.
Replanning ensures that plans remain responsive, feasible, and aligned with organizational goals and funding streams.
The templates and tools on this page will help you complete your Replanning activities effectively and on time.
