As you may know, this guidance is the fruit of many detailed discussions across the CGIAR, in particular involving the MELCOP, the librarians group and the developers of the Management Information Systems (MIS) MARLO and MEL. We are very grateful to everyone who participated, and especially to those who led the working groups for specific indicators.
The guidance and templates are intended for use in the CRP annual reports, and the data feed into the CGIAR Annual Performance Report and also the CGIAR Program Results Dashboard.
As you know, there is intense pressure to report 'results', so we are grateful for the data you are able to report.
Notes on specific indicators:
Indicators #I1 and #I2 (Projected people/hectares) are being introduced gradually throughout 2019.
Indicator #C6 Altmetrics is not obligatory if your CRP does not have a means of collecting this information. Numbers will be collected automatically. What is requested from the CRP is a short narrative (please see the guidance sheet).
