We adopted a cow!!! Actually we have adopted a calf for the school year to learn all about the dairy industry. We will be tracking the progress of our calf while learning how a dairy farm operates.

Meet our calf Cookie Crumb. Whe was born to Jem-Lot Dairy in Westphalia, Michigan on September 2, 2023. She is a Holstein heifer that weighed in at 90 pounds and 26 inches at birth. and while I am sure all of the other calves are very cute, Cookie Crumb is absolutely adorable.

Meet our calf Louisa. When Louisa was born to Jem-Lot Dairy in Westphalia, Michigan on September 8, 2023. She is a Holstein heifer that weighed in at 80 pounds and 24 inches at birth. and while I am sure all of the other calves are very cute, Louisa is absolutely adorable.
