It's always important to talk about how we are feeling and stay connected with those around us, now more than ever with all the unknowns in the world at the moment. Studying and learning from home presents new challenges that some of us may struggle with – and that's perfectly okay. Make sure to check up on your friends and talk to a parent, teacher, or other trusted adult if you need some support. The school counsellors are still available through email and text (click here to get in touch). Here are some links to helplines for if you would prefer to talk to other trained professionals.
