2027 YEARBOOK ORDERING INFORMATION
Senior Headshots
If you choose to submit your own senior portrait, please email your photo to the yearbook staff at yearbook@cftigers.org
All images must be submitted as a JPEG (.jpg) file with a minimum resolution of 4 megapixels or a file size of at least 1MB to ensure high print quality. Screenshots will NOT be accepted.
When sending your email, please be sure to:
Include the student’s full name in the body of the email.
Attach the image file directly (do not paste it into the email).
If there are any issues or questions regarding your photo, we will contact you via email. If you do not receive a response from us, your photo has been approved and you are all set. If you do not submit a senior portrait by the deadline, your School ID photo will be used in the yearbook. The deadline for submitting your senior portrait is February 1st, 2027. Late submissions will not be accepted, so please plan accordingly.
Senior Headshots Guidelines
The photo should be of the head and shoulders only, no full-body shots, and no props (cars, animals, trophies, etc). Studio names or trademarks are not allowed on the image. The background should be neutral or it will be blurred. Since this picture is being taken for school purposes, it must adhere to the school dress code, as published in the Cuyahoga Falls High School Student Handbook. The rules that apply to school pictures are as follows: NO headwear of any kind (hats, caps, beanies, bandanas, etc.), unless worn daily for verified religious or medical reasons. NO sunglasses or eyewear that obstructs the eyes, unless prescription glasses. NO tube tops, halter tops, strapless tops, or midriff-baring clothing. NO exposed undergarments (including visible bra straps). NO exposed chests or cleavage. NO clothing with inappropriate language, symbols, or images. NO props (sports equipment, instruments, pets, signs, etc.). NO social media filters or editing effects of any kind. This includes beauty filters, color overlays, face-altering effects, or decorative elements.
The Yearbook Staff reserves the right to reject any image which is inappropriate or does not adhere to the guidelines.
Senior Ads
Want to purchase a senior ad? You can do that online at jostens.com/yearbooks — just choose CFHS as your school name and select “Yearbook Ad”. Senior ads are a great way to celebrate your student with photos and a personal message that will appear in the yearbook. Prices for senior ads vary depending on the size you choose. Typical ad sizes offered on Jostens include: a Full-Page Ad (largest space for photos and text), a Half-Page Ad, and a Quarter-Page Ad, with Full-Page ads being the most expensive and Quarter-Page ads being more budget-friendly. Price ranges around roughly $300 for Full Page, $150 for Half Page, and $80 for Quarter Page ads, though exact pricing for CFHS will be shown when you place your order on the Jostens site. Be sure to finalize your purchase and upload your photos and text before May of the school year.
Senior Quotes
CFHS Administrative Team has decided that senior quotes will not be included in this year’s yearbook. In past years, senior quotes have required extensive review to ensure they are appropriate, accurate, and inclusive, which significantly impacts the production timeline. Eliminating senior quotes helps prevent misunderstandings or issues related to wording, tone, or unintended meanings. While we understand that senior quotes are meaningful to many students, this decision was made in the best interest of creating a cohesive yearbook for everyone.
Yearbook Ordering
The yearbook costs $81 and will be shipped to the school unless you choose Ship to Home, which costs $93. Seniors are strongly encouraged to ship their yearbook to their home, as it becomes extremely difficult to distribute books once students have graduated or moved away. Jostens offers a convenient payment plan through Afterpay, allowing you to make four interest-free payments of $23.25. In addition to yearbooks, Jostens also offers spirit wear, class rings, letterman jackets, and more. Order now at jostens.com/yearbooks
