About Nan

NAN (ANNE) JORDAN- MSW, LIACSW

• This is my first year as a Certified School Social Worker and my first year with the OESD 114, but I have been working with students for quite some time! Most of my work has been with middle and high school students, but I like working with younger students too!

• This year, I am working on a state-wide program called MASH as well as serving regional districts.

• I live in Port Townsend, WA with my partner and 2 cats. We just moved here this year from Pennsylvania. I am originally from New York.

• In my free time, I love to do yoga, be outside, read, sing, tap dance, travel and hang out with friends. COVID has made those last few a bit more challenging, but I am thankful for all of the opportunities to connect virtually in the meantime.

• I have a BA in English from SUNY New Paltz and a Masters of Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

• One neat thing you may not know about me is that I lived in South America for almost 3.5 years! I speak a passable amount of Spanish.
