Football, volleyball, and basketball are sports which require entry fees for Olympic League events. Per game costs are:
Adult, $8
Students grades PK-12, $6
Adults 62 years and over, $6
CBHS students with an Associated Student Body card or children age three and under receive free entry to events. ASB cards may be purchased for $35 for grades PK-12.
Adult Sports Passes for $50 may be purchased at the CBHS ASB Bookkeeper Office or "at the door" of the event.
There are no advance single entry ticket sales.
Ticket prices apply to regular season athletic events only. Post Season: League, District or State events require entry fees according to the particular event for all attendees.
Grade 6 and below must be accompanied by an adult.
Please read the following if you desire to participate in our interscholastic activities.
You are only eligible if you:
Are living with your parents/legal guardian in a residence located within our
school district boundary.
Attended school last semester (trimester).
Passed all subjects.
Have passed all classes.
Have been in high school no more than four consecutive years after your first entry in the ninth grade.
Are not over the age of 19 for high school, 15 for Middle School.
Have completed a physical examination.
Have transferred to this school for reasons other than to participate in athletic.
Are not a professional athlete in the sport you wish to participate.
Do not use, provide others, or possess a legend drug and have not violated this school’s policies or codes on alcohol and tobacco.
To be eligible to compete against another school team or opponent, you must first:
Be living with parents/legal guardian in the school district.
Be academically eligible in the school.
Complete the required number of practice days.
Have attended school at least 15 weeks of the previous semester (10 weeks of the trimester).
Be declared eligible by the principal.
Be enrolled and in regular attendance within the first (15) days in the current semester.
District transfer students must meet WIAA minimal standards.
All athletes must travel to and from athletic contests in transportation provided by the school district. In addition, when the student is part of a contest that requires an overnight trip, the student must remain with the team from the time the bus departs the school until its return, unless prior approval by the principal is obtained.
Advanced permission to travel to events with parents or legal guardian must be granted by the Principal. Students leaving events with parent or legal guardian are required to have a signed note that must be given to the bus driver or coach.
All Student Athletes: Complete Steps 1 through 3 below!
Please print and write your information on the sport packet forms (see above) then sign, and deliver to Athletic Secretary at CBHS main office.
ASB cards must be purchased prior to submitting athletic paperwork. ASB cards are purchased for $35 dollars for students Pre-K to12 from the CBHS Bookkeeper Wendy Fletcher, 360-963-2153.
Student must be cleared of all fines.
If the student athlete attends classes off the Clallam Bay High School campus, a copy of the class and scheduling information must accompany the athletic paperwork in order to receive a clearance card. This includes home school, Running Start and online courses.
Parent/Guardian: Complete Athletic Clearance Form ANNUALLY for each sport.
Complete the registration for each sport through Final Forms.
Parent/Guardian: Complete Physical Exam Form ANNUALLY.
Included in the sport packet is the Physical Exam form. Athlete information must be completed and certified by the Physical Examiner.

Once sport packet is complete, submit to the Athletic Secretary at main office of CBHS or to the head coach.
