HEAD OF FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Overall responsibilities are for supervising the full spectrum of accounting, finance tax, and treasury and financial planning & analysis activities for the Group as required. This position plays a key role in partnering with the field sites, warehouse, operations and business development members.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To carry out the supervision of day-to-day financial activities of the Group, manages planning, controlling, accounting, and reporting activities of finance KPIs for the company, and recommends actions to accountable management. Monitors continuously targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. profitability, cash flow & working capital, assets and financing instruments). In charge of risk management, project feasibility analysis, financial budgeting, audit support, process improvement and general governance of the Group.
MINIMUM EXPECTED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
12 years of experience with increasing roles and responsibilities in Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting & Tax within a Controlling Environment.
EXPECTED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate University Degree (S1) qualified in Accountancy.
OTHERS (SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED):
Exposure to labour-intensive industries specifically in transportation and heavy equipment service companies’ measurements and KPIs such as drivers of productivity and cost saving initiatives.
Strong understanding of annual budgeting and forecast process.
Experience in managing multiple entities and sites reporting, analysis and control.
Accustomed to handling financial & management insights/dashboard is desirable.
Conversant in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling.
Experience handling taxation practices within Tax Consultancy firms is desirable.
Prior working stint in audit/accounting firms is a plus.
Accustomed to Accounting Information System/ERP (Zoho/Accurate/ Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB/Oracle/SAP/Odoo/Ellipse/etc.).
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).
Fluent in Bahasa and English (both verbal and written).
SUMMARY OF CORE DUTIES:
ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING:
Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly individual and consolidated financial statements and other operational reports which include series of accounting cycles activities such as:
a. Ensure regular bank reconciliation
b. Complete accounts reconciliation/balance sheet schedules
c. Maintain fixed assets movements and depreciations
d. Ensure adjustment entries and amortisations are properly booked
e. Close the book, prepare comparative analysis and schedule for review with Director of Finance
f. Submission to Shareholders and Lenders
Perform variances analysis and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions
Ensures adherence to all internal and external financial reporting guidelines. Takes responsibility for preparation and analysis of complex accounting issues.
Manage Quarterly & Annual Statutory Reporting
Liaise with External Auditor for Financial Statements Audit
Control Inventory Management activities involving control and taking.
Manage the company’s Purchasing cycles.
Prepare the company’s Salaries & Incentives calculation and processing.
TAXATION:
Tax Compliance. Ensure company meets all regulatory requirements in relation to taxes:
a. Compliance handling from corporate income tax, local and imported income tax withholding, value added tax charge, state taxation (CIT, VAT, WHT (Art. 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 29, 4 v.2 etc.), return notes, deductible/non-deductible expenses & nominative list for annual tax return purpose.
b. Regular reconciliation, equalisation to ensure data matching and properly cross-checked.
c. On time deposit, filing/reporting to the Tax Office.
Tax Planning and Optimization. Identify opportunities to optimise the company tax position.
Tax Relationships. Maintain good coordination and cooperation with Tax Consultants, Authorities, and External/Internal Auditors.
TREASURY & FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYSIS:
Manage, control & monitor Cash Flow and Working Capital.
Coordinate and track Revenue & Operation Performance through regular meetings & visits.
Direct all Banking, Financing & Insurance activities.
Develop, implement, review, and enhance Treasury-related System and Operating Procedures.
Lead Annual Budget Planning & Forecasting.
Review actual vs budget variance analysis and plan for action items.

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Head of HR is responsible for overseeing all spectrum of human resources activities of the company and leading the HR team. Accountable for attending all regular HR related requirements such as recruitment, on-boarding, compensation and benefits, employee master data, employment statutory requirements, people management and planning, employee relations, performance review, promotion, talent management, people development, retention, succession planning, corporate social responsibility, whilst leading HR strategy and employer branding.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop the HR strategy, lead the daily HR activities and establish the long-term objectives for HR in the company. Establish HR goals based on a sound understanding of both employee and company needs to ensure a high standard of human capital and steady retention through planning, execution and management of committed team members. Build and execute a team performance system, track KPI and deliver on performance goals.
MINIMUM EXPECTED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
12 years of experience with increasing roles and responsibilities with a strong track record in leading a human resources department team.
EXPECTED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate University Degree (S1) in a discipline or field relevant to HR preferably having post-graduate learning in Human Resources and a Psychology qualification.
OTHERS (SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED):
Exposure to labour-intensive industries specifically in transportation and heavy equipment services and ideally with managing blue collar work-force background.
Strong HR foundations on recruiting, benefits, training & development, employee cares & compliance management. Experience in Payroll and L&D is a must.
Exposure in Indonesian Laws and Regulations of Employment/Industrial Relations.
Accustomed to using HRIS technologies.
Conversant in techniques and methodologies in Human Resources.

Enable such HRIS & Payroll system to accommodate employee database management, agreement, compensation and benefits records, leave and absence, employee self-service, organisation charts, time attendance, employment status, and mobility applications.
Improve talent acquisition solution ranging from job requisitions, advertising, posting, prospection, screening/selection/testing tools, interview administration, candidate communication and tracking until final offering.
Develop and implement Learning Management System such as new employee orientation program and material.
Implement Talent Management tools to manage individual performance assessment, promotion, high potential identification and management, people development, retention, employee engagement, employee awards, employee benefits programs, community involvement programs, off-boarding, etc.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION, ONBOARDING:
Manage recruitment and selection processes to bring on board high quality new talent within the expected time frame.
Implement appropriates hiring techniques for mix types of employees.
On-board all new employees and conduct orientation programs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT:
Plan a best-practice compensation and benefits system and maintain competitiveness within the talent markets.
Develop and improve employee grading systems and related promotion and advancement tools that deliver targeted HR retention outcomes through meaningful motivation initiatives and monetary and non-monetary rewards.
Establish both public and private employee health insurance.
ASSESSMENT & PROMOTION:
Establish and implement the right performance review system.
Roll out KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and OKR (Objective & Key Results) and the linkage to awarding of bonus, pay increase, promotion.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Head of BD is responsible for expanding market penetration in multiple industries ranging from mining, construction, forestry, property, FMCG etc.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To identify and acquire new customers and opportunities across geographies and grow business while strengthening RMGU presence. He or she will also be responsible for developing market intelligence and providing feedback to field and operation teams and fostering relationships with key executives in charge and strategic clients.
MINIMUM EXPECTED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
12 years of experience with increasing roles and responsibilities with a strong track record in leading a business development team and scaling up company’s revenues and gross profits.
EXPECTED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Undergraduate University Degree (S1) in a discipline or field relevant to BD namely Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, preferably having postgraduate level in Strategic Marketing and Business Development.
OTHERS (SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED):
Exposure to business development, sales, or marketing specifically in the transportation solutions and heavy equipment services for multiple industries with a focus on mining, construction, forestry, property, FMCG.
Possess a strong network of key industry contacts, including companies, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
High proficiency in contract negotiation, with a track record of successful deals in various projects within several sectors.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate project feasibility and profitability.

Vast knowledge of various regulations, EH&S standards, permit processing, and required compliance for operating in legal and safe manners.
