Our Vision
CFO Kita is established to actively support small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs) either they are in their early or growth stages by providing them services to build financial leadership framework.
This will strengthen their business process, analysis, and ability to make well-informed data-driven decision making which eventually enabling the whole business to grow significantly and drive up notable impact to the surrounding stakeholders and communities.
SMEs have been the primary growth driver of the economies in so many countries around the world as such we can imagine the contribution they can consistently deliver if their businesses are sustainably healthy in the long run.

Our philosophy is INTACT, simple, but has been the values we uphold consistently and believe as the source of motivation for us to always move forward and upward:

The team has been exposed in multiple industries ranging from digital creative economy, healthcare, retail FMCG, market research, education, construction, consumer financing, manufacturing and technology.

Our Founder
Surya B. Brahmana is a seasoned financial practitioner and the founder of CFO Kita, an organisation that provides Fractional CFO Services for Small Medium sized / SMEs businesses to support their growth and sustainable success with the objective to create value-impacted businesses to their stakeholders and communities.
Surya is a cross-functions integrator with financial and ethical leadership centric exposures within multiple industries namely digital creative economy, healthcare, retail FMCG, market research, construction, manufacturing and technology serving multinational, large and SME corporations based out in US, UK, Asia for their Indonesia subsidiaries.
Out of Surya's around 24 years of experiences, the last 10 years were spent to help build, lead, grew and advise start-ups / SMEs businesses whereby the most recent 2 years were well-conducted in full-remote settings. Surya is fond with people development, continuous system & process improvement and data driven problem solving exercises.
In addition, Surya love to instil purpose, value and principle driven leadership approach to drive team integration for the purpose of creating added value for the overall benefits of the organisation. Surya has a mission to participate in helping the SMEs sector to grow and sustain their success hence eventually developing the communities.
Surya graduated from The University of Indonesia, School of Business & Economics with MSc. in Financial Management through Putera Sampoerna Foundation Scholarship Program and from The University of North Sumatera, School of Business and Economics with BSc. in Accountancy.
Currently Surya is a CA from The Indonesia Institute of Chartered Accountants (Member of International Federation of Accountants) & also a holder of ASEAN CPA Professional Certification. He loves sports (plays badminton and table tennis) and lives in Jakarta with his wife and two children.
