About Mr. Deister

This is my 10th year teaching Computer Applications here at Columbia Falls Junior High. I enjoy relating the skills and content in my class to the wider world outside of school.

I have a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Montana, with a minor in Business and Information Technology Education. I also completed a Master's of Education--Business and Marketing from the University of the Cumberlands in February 2022.

In my free time I enjoy peak bagging, skiing, hiking, biking, disc golf, fishing, hunting, and hanging out with my wife and two daughters.
