Strength and Conditioning "SAC" Camp

June 5th-July 27th  |  9:00-11:00 AM  |  Monday-Thursday

*No Camp July 3, 4, 5, 6*

Currently accepting registration for incoming 6-12 grade students zoned to attend CRHS

Students and Parents must:

1. Complete required athletic pre-participation forms via Rank One.  Students will not be allowed to attend camp, or remain on campus, if this step is not complete.  See button below.  

2. Complete online registration and camp waiver.  Students will not be allowed to participate in camp activities unless the waiver form is submitted.  Parents may complete the online registration the first day of camp using campus Internet if connection is a problem at home.  Please park and remain in line with your son/daughter to complete the registration process.   See button below.  

3. Pay camp fee of $60 via SchoolCashOnline.  See button below.   Please communicate with Coach Shanle about payment plan if not paid in full before the first week of camp.  Email Andrew.Shanle@cfisd.net to discuss options.

Each morning students will:

1. Bring a personal bottle(s) of water to last the duration of camp, a mask, appropriate shoes (gym/grass/turf), hand sanitizer, and a personal (small) towel not to be shared with another camper.  A small bag would be ideal to keep water and personal items together.  Please clearly mark items with student's name.  

2. Enter Taylor Road to park or drop off students in the back parking lot of Cypress Ridge HS near gymnasium (Door #18) to begin the daily screening process (clearance of online forms, camp registration, online payment).

3. Follow guidance and direction provided by camp staff, following UIL and CFISD guidelines to maintain social distance and proper instruction during exercise.  Students will be assigned to small groups while working both indoors and outdoors.  

After each day of camp

1. Students are expected to go home and shower, wash all clothes and towels used, and prepare for the next day by eating, hydrating (water), and resting for another great day of camp.  

Updates, Notices, and Cancellation (Emergency Contact Information)

1. Weather will be closely monitored given our use of indoor and outdoor facilities.  PLEASE CHECK EMAIL the morning of camp if you are concerned about weather and the cancellation of camp.  Contact information provided with registration and waiver will be used for email.
