Name That Book
Name That Book is an annual reading competition for CFISD students in grades 3-5. At the beginning of each year, students are presented with the Name That Book list - a list of 100 great children's books carefully selected by CFISD elementary librarians. From November through January, students meet with Ms. McGinness once per week at recess to talk about competition rules and expectations, form and solidify teams, discuss the books, and have practice rounds. Our students not only get to read great books, but develop many teamwork skills that will prepare them for life.
