Meet Mrs. Cooney

I am a Cy-Fair High School graduate and a Texas Tech Alumnus. I graduated with a degree in Multidisciplinary studies and Special Education and began my career in Aldine ISD as a PPCD teacher. I continued on to Katy ISD and eventually returned to Cy-Fair to teach PPCD at Reed Elementary. Thirteen years ago I moved to Ault Elementary and have been here ever since. This is my 7th year teaching kindergarten and my 25th year of teaching. My husband, Pat, teaches PE/Athletics at Aragon Middle School and together we have 4 kids and a beautiful granddaughter.
