A Little About Me

I am very excited about this year!!  This is my 19th year teaching Kindergarten.  I have been at Ault since 2007, and I LOVE being an All-Star!!  

    I am originally from Bridge City, TX, then I moved around with my husband while he was in the USAF.  In 2005, we settled here in Cypress.  We have a German Shepherd mix named Lacey.  Your children will come home with LOTS of stories about her antics!  I'm a little obsessed with Disney since I did 2 internships there back in my college days.  I also love traveling anywhere and being in the outdoors... camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking, animal watching, wandering til I'm lost... you name it... I love it!

    I have loved Kindergarten ever since I started teaching.  It is a brand new challenge every year!  I love seeing those "light bulbs" turn on when they learn something new that links to something they already knew!
