The Bethlehem Food Bank provides a broad range of food and personal care items with neighbors facing food insecurity. Donations purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, bakery and dairy products, some packaged and canned food, and household and personal care items.
The Bethlehem Fuel Bank provides for delivery of fuel and heating system repairs for residents of Bethlehem.
The Bethlehem Assistance Fund provides assistance with minor home or car repairs, and other household emergencies for residents of Bethlehem. Aging In Place is an Assistance Fund program that provides for simple services such as light housekeeping, walkway shovelling, or other small taks that may assist Bethlehem seniors remain in their homes.
The Bethlehem Scholarship Fund grants financial assistance to Bethlehem’s graduating high-school seniors and to adults planning to continue their education, whether in college, nursing, technical, or vocational programs.
The Ken Meady Memorial Scholarship annually helps an individual pursuing a degree in health care or the sciences.

Please Note: The Beige Clothing Recycling Building in the parking lot at Church of the Nativity is NOT connected with the Prince of Peace Clothing Bank. All clothing left in that building is recycled by a textile recycling company.
Donations of money to Caring for Bethlehem, Inc. help support local programs that serve those in need in the Bethlehem community. A small portion of donations received helps to cover the minimal operating costs of Caring for Bethlehem.
The Board of Directors regularly disperses money from the Caring for Bethlehem General Fund to where it is needed most. Primarily supporting the Bethlehem Food Bank, the Bethlehem Assistance Fund, and the Bethlehem Fuel Bank, the Directors strive to maximize the impact of all donations.
A credit card processing fee is deducted from each online donation in the amount of 30 cents plus 2.2% per transaction. (For example: 52 cents on a $10 donation. $2.50 on a $100 donation.)
