All participants are responsible for making their own reservations. Booking early is highly recommended; rooms in southeast Wisconsin tend to get booked full in June.

There is no public transportation to Williams Bay, Wisconsin from the major airports in the region. Participants will need to rent vehicles, arrange carpools, or find a taxi/limo service from one of the three airports in the region.
There is a van Galder bus service from O'Hare/Milwaukee airports to Kenosha, WI which is 39 miles from Williams Bay. There is also bus service from O'Hare/Madison airports to Beloit, WI which is 30 miles from Willams Bay.
