Module A

December 9, 3:00-4:00 p.m.

This course is designed to provide Connecticut’s education leaders an opportunity to imagine how Blended Learning can be a key lever in advancing equity.

Dr. Locke from ACES, will facilitate this first, synchronous module, providing leaders a chance to collaboratively explore the connections between Connecticut’s Learner Framework and Blended Learning. Leaders will identify opportunities in their own contexts to reimagine learning so that it works for each and every student. Module B

This course is designed to provide Connecticut’s education leaders an opportunity to imagine how Blended Learning can be a key lever in advancing equity.

During this asynchronous, self directed module, leaders have an opportunity to deepen their understanding of blended learning and student-centered learning for equity.

Leaders will draft a vision for their own school or district of learning in a blended environment.

Module C

December 16, 3:00-4:00 p.m.

During this third and final synchronous session, Dr. Locke will prompt leaders to consider research-based approaches to leading for their reimagined equity vision.

Leaders will be provided the opportunity to work with their colleagues from across the state to develop a draft Theory of Action to lead this critical work in their school or district.

  • Inspire a collective vision for blended, learner-centered, equitable learning

  • Cultivate a collaborative learning teams in your school, department or district

  • Engage community in support and excitement for vision and plan
