Observation Entry Special Instructions 

Not observed data entry identifies a data element that is being observed in the school year, but was not observed in that trial. (e.g. student didn’t demonstrate that behavior, student wasn’t present, not enough time to identify that criteria)


Blank data entry indicates there is not a rubric level or criteria created (e.g. only three rubric criteria were determined for the academic rubric. There will still be four options on the data collection table – leaving the fourth drop-down blank serves as a space holder to not skew data analysis).
