Dr. Marci Waldron-Kuhn is the Readiness Specialist at CESA 7. Marci worked as School Counselor, Social Studies and FACS teacher, District Assessment Coordinator, and 504 Coordinator. Marci also worked as a Program Manager to a group home for teen mothers where she developed her passion for trauma informed practices. Dr. Kuhn's work at Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Boys and Girls Clubs in Green Bay sparked her work in social emotional learning and programming to increase access an equity. Marci's 20+ years serving in education and social services makes her an asset in the development and support of a comprehensive School Counseling Program and Trauma Informed Practices.

Beth Vande Hey is a learning specialist at CESA 7 who has been in education for 23 years. She has taught every grade level from pre-k through 8th grade (ELA, math, social studies, Spanish, ESL, interventionist- in WI, Mexico, Belize and NYC). Beth co-taught in a variety of grades and settings and knows what it means to collaborate with colleagues to support ALL students. She served as a teacher leader, mentor, adjunct faculty, instructional coach, professional developer, EL Coordinator, and grant writer.
