PEC Planning Committee & Partners
Our Collaborative Foundation
PEC is an early childhood collaborative event coordinated by CESA 5 in partnership with the Wisconsin Early Childhood Collaborating Partners (WECCP) and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
This partnership brings together a diverse range of stakeholders—including public school staff, child care providers, Head Start programs, and special education specialists—to support the PK-3 continuum across Wisconsin. Together, we strive to deliver innovative strategies and evidence-based practices that uplift educators and promote equitable outcomes for children from age 3 through 3rd grade.
A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Planning Committee
The Promoting Early Childhood (PEC) Conference is only made possible through the incredible dedication of our volunteer planning committee. These individuals contribute their time, deep expertise, and passion for early childhood education to ensure this event is a meaningful experience for all attendees. From coordinating breakout sessions and exhibitors to managing logistics and wellness activities, their hard work is the backbone of PEC. Without this team, PEC would not be the amazing opportunity for professional growth and networking that it is today.
