Sponsorships

Local businesses, charities, and clubs can become Central Valley Musical Theatre & Chorus Boosters Sponsors. There are various levels of sponsorship with different benefits assigned to each level. For more information, please read our Letter to Sponsors. Sponsorship forms are due Thursday, February 12.

Cast and Crew Bio Form

All high school cast and crew: please fill out the form at the link below to submit your cast/crew biography for the program.

There is a sample bio at the top of the form to guide you in writing your bio.

Bios forms are due Monday, February 13th.

Lettering Requirements

Students have the opportunity to earn their varsity letter through their participation in the musical. Students must track their own points and turn them in by the end of March to be considered for a letter for the season.

Program Personal Ad Form

All ads and payments are due Monday, February 16.

Please fill out the form at the link below to submit an ad for the program. Samples are listed in the form. Families often submit ads for their students to wish them luck on the performance. Personal ads are open family and friends of cast and crew members.
