Conflicts Form

List all sports practices and games, extra-curricular activities, and special events. Please keep in mind that the blackout dates are February 22-March 1. Attendance at these rehearsal dates is mandatory and no conflicts will be accepted for these dates.

Costumes

Our costumers have been working diligently to make our cast look their best! Students will be asked to purchase shoes and undergarments to supplement their costumes. Students may not know all of their costumes, characters, and dance parts yet, so please wait to purchase until you know what you need.

Students wearing flapper dresses:

nude character shoes (except LaReyne and Bryn)
multiple pairs of tights

All girls:

skin-toned leotard or “nudie Judy” to wear under their costumes.

Students acting as vice squad and male charactors:

black jazz dance boots

All boys:

skin-toned ‘bike shorts’ or compression shorts and a white t-shirt to wear under their costumes.

All students are asked to make a $20 costume deposit that will be returned when costumes are returned in good condition.

Program Ad Form

All ads and payments are due Monday, February 3rd.

Please fill out the form at the link below to submit an ad for the program. Samples are listed in the form. Families often submit ads for their students to wish them luck on the performance. Ads are also open to any local businesses, clubs, or charities, so please share the form with anyone who might be interested!

There is a sample bio at the top of the form to guide you in writing your bio.

Bios forms are due Monday, February 3rd.

Rehearsal Schedules

Rehearsals will be posted to Google Classroom at least 2 weeks in advance. Schedules will also be emailed out in a weekly CV Musical Theatre Boosters update email.
