Set building help

Lobby Decor
Planning meeting TBD, decorating day during tech rehearsal Sat, Feb 28
Snack donations
We will release a sign-up document for food donations when rehearsals begin.
Concessions
Running the sales at the table before the show and during intermission.
Cast Party Chaperones
Saturday, March 7, immediately following show - 2:00 am.
Clearances/Documents
Thank you for giving your time and talents to support the CVHS Musical!
All Clearances must be submitted to our Booster Vice President, Sonya Kitsko, before attending events or rehearsals as a volunteer.
Volunteer Clearances
All volunteers must have 3 clearances:
PA State Criminal History Clearance - Act 34
Child Abuse History Clearance - Act 151
Volunteer Clearance Exception/Affidavit (for residents who have lived in PA for the last 10+ years)
If you have not lived in PA for the last 10 years, you will need to complete the FBI Fingerprinting - Act 114
