Hello! Welcome to third grade! My name is Mrs. Beckman. I have been teaching for over 25 years! I am enjoying teaching third grade! Prior to this, I taught Special Education here at Todd Lane. In my entire teaching career, I have taught everything from preschool to high school. Teaching is what I am meant to do. :)
Here are some things you may need to know.
*Homework will be found in the "Homework" folder on the students' Showbie page for my class. Other important information will be in this folder on Showbie also.
*Homework policy: If a student misses three homework assignments in a nine weeks, he/she will lose recess. If you have questions, please contact me.
*Make sure student Ipads are charged nightly . They should be at a 100% charge each morning. If your child is having trouble with their Ipad please put in a tech ticket using the school website. https://sites.google.com/centralvalleysd.net/parentstudent/home
*Each student and parent can check grades at any time using Powerschool. If you need your log-in information, please contact the Todd Lane office.
*Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather. We will often play outside during recess even when it's colder. Make sure they have a jacket, coat, or sweatshirt!
*Newsletters will be posted in Showbie and sent home each month. They will have important dates and information. Please read them.
