I Attend professional development meetings monthly with CHS staff. As well as with CTE staff separate from CHS. We recently completed the book Dicipline that Restores.
Certificate was attained through Fresno Pacific University. Certificate is renewed every 5 years.

I use my advisors that are currently active in the law enforcement industries to keep up with new advancements in police work. As well with self education with learning new laws and techniques in the industries.
CHS administrators and I come up with new strategies to grow and expand the program with presentations and middle school visits, and having booths during career fairs on campus.
