CRAEA Literacy Conference: Licensure Renewal
The licensure renewal option requires an additional two hours of teacher directed learning. Participants electing to take the licensure renewal credit will have three additional assignments to completed by the end of September. The requirements are listed below:
Thursday, June 14
Google Classroom Working Lunch - A brief meeting will be held on June 14 (during the lunch break) to walk you through our Google Classroom and explain the course expectations.
Due: Friday, June 22
Conference Reflection - In a short paragraph, reflect on the new learning and key takeaways from the conference. Create some initial ideas for implementation in your next school year. What might you try?
Due: Friday, August 31
SMART Goal and Implementation Action Plan - Write a SMART goal with accompanying implementation action plan of something you learned and will try in your classroom.
Due: Friday, September 28
Artifact Submission - Submit an artifact (lesson plan, student work, video, photo, etc) that provides evidence of your SMART Goal and Implementation Action Plan.
Implementation Reflection - Reflect on your implementation in a paragraph or two. What did you learn? What what would you do again? What would you do differently next time?
Required assignments for licensure renewal will be submitted via Google Classroom.
